Best PWO drink i eva had

So I thought I'd try some species nutrition stuff, expensive and I had to pay to have it shipped but blimey, I mixed two scoops isolyze vanilla peanut butter flavout with carbolyze banana flavour and it just mixed to a runny smooth delicious blend using only a fork.

Easily the best quality and taste combo I ever tried, pricey though:clapback:

you think its crap seriousely? expensive yeah but the isolate is isolate, something like 27 grams protien per 30g thats good in my book, and the carbolyze is waxy maize so thats good too.

The whole Palumbo thing doesn't work for me strictly speaking, in fact I think it crashed my metabolism a bit. Since I've gone back to oats and whey in the AM, meat and whole grain rice during the day, PWO shake and then one fatty protien meal and a final protien meal but no carbs for the last two meals, I've started to get leaner again.

I understand now that my body needs carbs in the AM and some through the day, otherwise my strength drops aftet a couple sets and I feel crap

i know they claim its so pure but the powder does not sit like a fine isolate like natures best isopure. pure isolates like that are kind of sandy. very fine and dry, kinda nasty.

isolyze has a lot of moisture in it, you can tell by the texture. if i had to make a bet i would say it is low quality concentrate.
