  • Good tuna recipes

    So I'm not a big fish eater but I've discovered recently that canned tuna is just too cheap a source of protein to not buy it. Do you know of any (quick and easy) recipes to have your tuna taste like something else that just canned fish? Dying to know...

    I blend mine with water, 1 scoop of whey protein, strawberries, and grapes

      I either scoop it out of the can into my mouth with a fork and chug some water if I'm feeling hardcore or I mix it with a little bit of mayo and some sweet relish. Also, when you open the can, dont squeeze out all the juice, its easier to mix/eat if its not super dry.

        like rockiller said - keep some juice, little miracle whip, cayenne pepper and I like to add banana peppers / juice to mine.

          what i found is kill, i go to costco and buy the big fuckin cans thats liek 20 cans of tuna for 8 bux,

          mix it with hummis it sticks togfether and has great taste u cant even tast the tuna and hummis is great for you especially if you make it youself liek me cus im armenian and we invented it. lol but then i put in in a sandwich and stack it 2" thick and put some thin slices of cheese and use bread with no flour or whole grain bread and its kill i love to heat it in microwave for a min . If u like hotsauce u can throw it in also i love it so pour it on big.

                lol... That is not hardcore. That is delicious. I put in a lot of strawberries and grapes so it offsets the taste and smell of the tuna. It turns out very sweet.

                  exactly, fruit kills the taste of nasty ass tuna.

                  havent had tuna in a long time. been eating chicken breast like candy. the big ass bag of boneless skinless chicken breast from costco is my shit!

                    lol yea same. I've been eating beef, fish, and chicken. Cook fish once a week and have it last a few days. Chicken is always default, so plenty is sitting in the freezer.

                        why? Fish has great taste, especially if you add it with sriracha sauce. Plus its full of proteins and healthy fats. For a switch up I like it.

                            Peppers are the way to go to disguise any food, but I will usually just put some crushed red pepper on it, with a couple banana peppers and onions with wheat toast. It does get much better than that but I am a fish guy.
