    So im on tren a, cyp and gunna do winny, im 2.5 weeks into a 12 week deal.

    I want to cut and build lean mass.

    im 23
    190lbs
    16%bf
    5,10"

    i was thinking of this as my diet plan... it kind of works with my job and life setup so let me know what yo guys think thanks..


    6am - protien shake 75g
    9am- chicken breast with whole grain pasta and tomato sauce
    11am- chicken breast with whole grain pasta and tomato sauce
    1pm creatine/ 25g protien powder, cla and other vitamins, oatmeal 80-100g
    330pm- steak & veggies, broccoli/cauliflower/ carrots <veggies raw>
    4- 530 GYM
    530 amino acids/anabolic window
    6pm ?????
    9pm bed - protien shake??


    im confused what shud i do at 6p ill be hungry and need to restore energy i am takin gainer now in that spot i know it shud be something clean liek meat and veggies, what do you guys think?



    off days i cut down on the shakes and food slightly and keep carbs in check

    what is with you and this "amino acids/anabolic window" lol.

    get rid of that crap. that is when you need a protein shake and carbs. 50 grams of whey and grape juice would be perfect.

    9pm meal could be some cottage cheese or if you dont like that some casein protein powder.

      6am - protien shake 50g
      7am- egg sandwich < 2 slices whole grain little cheese 2 eggs brown hot sauce mustard>
      9am- chicken breast with whole grain pasta and tomato sauce / raw veggies
      11am- chicken breast with whole grain pasta and tomato sauce / raw veggies
      1pm - oatmeal, yogurt
      330pm- protein/waxy maize/ creatine
      4- 530 GYM
      530 protein/ waxy maize
      6pm steak/ chicken, veggies
      9pm bed protien shake 50g


      im on cycle do you think this will help me cut a bit of fat aqnd gain some muscle i hop i got the timing down, or shud i add more carbs in and around the workout.

      im doin 15mins of cardio on workout days and on non workout days i do an hour.

      im also taking cla, green tea, flax seed oil, omegas, multivitamins, ect

        rest look ok.

          i know i cant think of what to mix in ther i love oatmeal i got no ideas what to throw in for protien other than powder mixed right in which i dont want to do, i want to minimize my powder.



          also this is what ive been doing i forgot to mention before.

          I been playing with my carb intake to shok my body, reason why my diets seem a lil fucked up is i have diff ones for each days.

          mon - full day diet but ill go little heavier on carbs on all my meals
          tues- full day diet but ill go little heavier on carbs on all my meals
          wed- light on carbs on all my meals
          thur- light on carbs on all my meals
          fri/sat/sun - little to no carbs i eat alot more protien and fats and try to only eat something liek 1 yogurt a day for carbs. This slows down the metabolism and the body is just dyin for carbs and is forced to burn fat to get it.
