    OK REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT GOING HUNGRY YOU JUST HAVE TO FIGHT YOUR CRAVING AND JUST EAT THE RIGHT FOOD

    Things you can take to help speed up your goal to faster weight loss
    1. CLA
    2. Green Tea Extract
    3. Apple Cider Vinegar (this is really cheap and effective)
    4. Kayen Pepper
    5. Omega Oils like flax, Udon

    Things to avoid at all times
    1. Dairy.
    2. Bread, Wheat, Basically anything with Gluten. Gluten turns into to mucus inside your stomach and prevents the absorption of vital nutrients. There is bread that’s made without flour and that’s fine to eat.
    3. Processed Food. Basically food that’s already cooked and all you have to do is throw it in the microwave. Try and avoid using the microwave anyways it destroys the genetic structure of the food and it becomes useless to us.
    4. SUGAR it’s in everything and I mean everything.
    Remember your liver breaks down fats so you want to have it working as efficiently as possible. The more toxic waste it’s got to filter out from processed foods and alcohol the less time it’s going to spend on breaking down fat. It’s not a 24 seven working machine so you want to get the best use of it.
    Avoid Sugar even from fruits. Not saying fruits are bad but one apple a day won’t hurt and berries are good too with oatmeal. Sugar spikes your insulin levels up and you want to avoid that because you’ll only have stronger cravings and feel really hungry.
    Now veggies our least favorite food to eat you can eat as much as you want. But remember if you make stir-fry which is an excellent way to eat veggies is the SAUSE. Read the label cause allot of the stir-fry sauces have ALLOT of sugar and I mean allot which means allot of carbs. Use soya or teriyaki their good.


    I had about 250-300g of protein per day and 200g of carbs per day with about 30g of fat. My meals are:

    For best and most effective time to do cardio is first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. After you don’t eat anything for 2 hrs except protein shake without carbs and one table spoon of flax seed oil or almond butter. It’s optional you can do cardio in the afternoon I don’t care.
    Breakfast:

    Meal 1
    -Egg whites or eggs but only have 2 eggs a day that’s why egg whites are better cause they are lean and you can eat lots. I just crack 2 eggs and add egg whites into the pan for a bigger portion. Go really light on the oil if you are frying anything.
    -40-60g of raw oats which is one full cup of dry oats before hot water. You can also throw a bit of berry’s in there or yogurt to kill the plain taste. But the carbs add up real quick so watch out.
    - and 2 table spoons of Flax seed oil or almond butter

    As soon as you’re hungry eat so I’m not gonna tell you what time cause I don’t know. Whatever you do don’t go hungry cause you’ll loose muscle. Also you can mix up you protein in anyway you want. Like for example in meal 2 you don’t want to eat chicken just change it to steak or more egg whites or fish it don’t matter. If you don’t want steamed veggies then have a salad with apple cider vinegar and flaxseed oil as your dressing. If you don’t want brown rice have potato or yams. If the meals aren’t filling enough just add more veggies or another chicken breast BUT NOT CARBS. Your brain is going to fight you back and make you crave the foods it really likes so get full on everything but the carbs. Oh and trust me on the essential oils that I listed too cause you can take allot of it and you won’t gain a pound you actually burn fat. Some days I’ll take up to 10 table spoons of it in a day.

    Meal 2
    1 skinless chicken breast
    Steamed veggies, and a 1 cup of COOKED rice or potato, yams whatever.

    Meal 3
    1 can of tuna or whatever for protein
    Steamed veggies no carbs this time




    okay basically you want about 20-40 grams of protein and 40 grams of carbs before and after your workout. Some protein comes with carbs so you don’t have to add waxy maize to it but I like to use non carb protein cause the ones that have the carbs comes mostly from sugar.
    Meal 4
    pre workout:
    -1-2 scoops protein without carbs
    -40g waxy maize (it’s a fast releasing carbohydrate which is great to take before your workout for energy and after to shoot vital carbs with protein to your muscles)
    -5g cvreatine (optional)

    Meal 5
    post workout:
    -1-2 scoops protein without carbs
    -40g waxy maize (Remember that after your workout you have whats called an anabolic window which is the most crucial time where the flood gates are open for the most best absorption of protein and vital nutrients by your muscles so I would have that protein drink right when you’re done at the gym)
    -5g cvreatine (optianal)
    - Also if you want get glutamine and take after your workout for fast muscle recovery.

    Meal 6
    1 hour after your workout i would have 1 scoop of protein mixed with half a cup of raw oats. (This meal you can replace with 1 chicken breast with half a cup of cooked rice). And of course veggies like steamed broccoli is best at night. This is like your dinner meal.

    Before bed i have 1 scoop of protein with 1 tablespoon of almond butter as my last meal. Or have egg whites or a chicken breast just something that you stomach can work through the night feeding you slow releasing protein. NO CARBS

    On days i dont workout i naturally consume less calories because i did not have the preworkout waxy maize starch. As far as cardio goes i only did 2 to 3 high intensity interval sessions on the stairmaster or the recumbent bike for 15 minutes. Or my favorite is just to run outside but winter sucks for that. You can also have one cheat day a week and have whatever you want. I instead have one cheat MEAL a week cause it’s too much work dieting for me to gain some weight back so really it’s up to you.

    Thats about it bro, it got me shredded i felt miserable for a bit but I got used to it and now I feel like shit only when I cheat cause of the shitty food i put into my body. Your body will clean it’s self out of toxins and be really efficient at burning fat from this diet. If my results were slow i would add some slow intensity cardio in the morning. I also take Lipex 2 when i wake up and before training and that’s my fat burnner.

    No other supplements aside from protein, creatine and waxy maize.

    my buddy who is prepping for a contest just wrote this up for me just thought id share it with you guys. Him and I always go back and forth about what to eat and what not to and give each other idea, hope you like.
