    Oily fish right?

Got a bunch from Coscos the other day, just wondered if anyone else used as part of their diet?

Don't get it often but it's salmon / smoked mack that I can eat regularly without having fish overload. Everything else gets so bland after awhile for me. I still have tons of frozen orange roughy - overdid it last summer can't deal with the taste for a hot minute still lol.

Just seems quite cheap and easy to pallet for an evening fatty fish meal

mackarel is also great on the grill, oven or stovetop. good flavor, and all you really need to season is salt and pepper and/or fresh squeezed lemon. and the fact that its a small fish an dyou cant fillet it is good. Filleted fish sucks. it ruins the flavor. Havint the skin and the bones still in tact when you cook it releases more flavor into the meat. Never fillet your fish!
