So far a protein shake @5am and cup of patatoes obrien, 3 eggs and 4oz of ground turkey @7am. And I already have my 9am shake and 6oz ground turkey cup of brown rice and my broccoli ready to go for lunch. :)

I didn't! My training partner did - I was hungry as hell by the time I got to his house ate it off a steak knife lmao.

I was at my training partners house - dudes fridge was barren brother , literally nothing but the bowl of chicken breasts and some apples - i don't like fruit period - looking back at this day my carbs are pretty damn low right now.
normally I had some brown rice, love that stuff with chicken. I'm thinking about sweet potatoes tonight - baking up like 8 of them and making turkey burgers for next few days. Really like jotting down what I eat - sometimes I get so lazy and it's just like "shake , shake , shake " - this way I make sure I'm at least open for constructive criticism and I can make sure I'm maximizing my training, gear, etc.
Hey bro, if I can offer a suggestion, summarize all your food for the day in 1 post. That way, you can also figure out macros for the day at the bottom of the post and also keep track of calories from day to day. It will make for easier reading also when you look back at the thread and use it as a log.

good call - I'm not honestly counting calories right now, just proteins and carbs - it would be easy enough to deduct where im at caloric intake wise - but as is with amount of cardio I'm doing and training I'm not worried about calories atm , just clean foods and enough to keep growing. But yeah one clean post would be a little better than my spray paint wall lol :rofl:
