      So far today:

meal 1: 2 turkey sausages , 3 eggs - sausages on foreman , eggs fried in lil evoo

meal 2: 1/2 cup oatmeal w blueberries (fresh love em) - new shake today 50 gram choco peanut butter, tastes good as hell.

meal 3 pre-workout: 8 oz of chicken cooked then chopped + brown rice / salsa / cilantro in a spinach wrap.

meal 4: post workout - 50 gram shake , rest of the brown rice I made earlier.

      ----

meal 5 will be potatoe mashed with 8oz of flank steak

meal 6 will be either drinking some eggwhites or tuna, haven't decided.

last night i went out and missed my last TWO meals, ended up eating at like 1 am when I got back - stupid to risk your gains just to go out for a bit. Will not happen tonight. getting my food in.

That sounds foul, bro! How do you drink eggwhites or tuna? Throw it in a blender?

haha i do not mix them together brother - I drink eggwhites out of the little milk cartons, they have like 12-16 whites in them , i drink them and goat milk. One of my nutrition quirks lol. Tuna would be normally eaten just with some lemon juice and cayenne pepper.

I'll write up a log but roughly speaking, I shoot for maintenance which for me is roughly around 1800-2000 calories.

My macro breakdown is roughly 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat.

My proteins come primarily from cottage cheese and shakes with residual protein from rice, PB, nuts, etc.

My fats come exclusively from PB, nuts and flax oil.

My carbs come from oatmeal, 100% whole wheat bread and brown rice.

I of course eats lots of veggies - being of Indian heritage, it is easy for me to cook veggies in dozens of tasty ways. I use little to no oil in all my recipes unlike restaurant Indian food.

I eat no junk food whatsoever and hardly ever eat non-home cooked food, so it is easy for me to hit my macros.

There, that doesn't sound so bad now, does it? :)
