    yeah, I slacked on my rice / pasta yesterday when I was puking so I had what I cooked earlier in the week. I'll get shit ship shape for tomorrow.

        Bro I doing the same right now. Right after I am done working out, the only carb meal is my post workout shake, which is 50g whey and 50g protein.

        Losing weight, down to 236lb. I was at 248 2.5 weeks ago. Strength is going up believe it or not.

          i got blood work done recently brother - I think i might have had some food poison from day before i ate a bunch of shit food that day - or just sick - my ALT was 52 - and I was on var for 8 weeks ending a month ago, liver is straight.

          im not really trying to cut carbs tho , i just didn't have it precooked - if i dont have myt shit cooked i tend to get lazy, thats why i started with this log. Keeps me accountable.

                    meal 1: 16oz low fat cottage cheese - cup oatmeal

                    meal 2: 8oz chicken breast - salad - red potatoes

                    meal 3 preworkout: 6oz flank steak + whole wheat pasta w/red sauce.

                    meal 4: 50 gram ON shake , 50 gram dextrose

                    meal 5: 12oz ribeye - salad - red potatoes , onions

                    meal 6: gonna try bouncers method with chicken to make some hot wings.

                    - more red meat - less shakes = much better ....

                      meal 1 - 6 eggs fried , 2 turkey sausages , 2 pieces of whole wheat toast

                      meal 2 - ON 50 grams whey shake , cup oatmeal

                      meal 3 - 12oz ribeye , salad , whole wheat pasta :D :D :D

                      nap - lift

                      meal 4 - half bird carribean grilled - potato salad - collard greens w/bacon

                      meal 5 (now) - 2 cans tuna made w/miracle whip - banana peppers

                      meal 6 - not sure suggestions ? I'm fucking starving 24/7 lol.

                        actually need some input - I had a 6:15 mri - had breakfast of omolete (4 whole eggs, 2 whites - feta / shredded chicken / peppers onions mushrooms) + one turkey sausage + 2 pices of toast.

                        got home and PASSED out till about 3pm! Since then I've had 2 12oz ribeyes (i love these things). But i fell asleep AGAIN.

                        it's 10:30 now and I'm not sure how to best make up calories / protein / carbs for today - obviously it's not a good situation but what can I do to salvage this as best possible ? I was thinking ohhhh 4-6 dbl cheeseburgers from mcdonalds :hibb: bouncers favorite bulking food.

                          yea your not a big carb eater. gotta learn to take in lots of rice, oats, pasta etc.. if you ever want to grow.

                            but yeah man - this is why I keep this log and keep it straight up - doesn't matter if im not perfect with my diet but when I read about a day like today man it PISSES me off. I hate to think that I put the time and then the most important part (food) is dribbled away.

                            Good thing is I am sleeping like crazy - I believe a lot of it is recovering from the injury, I can sleep like crazy now. I have PT tomorrow in the AM - hopefully that goes well. I'd love to see some people post what they eat daily HONESTLY. It's easy to say you eat this and that - but life gets in the way and I'm making the best of it - but I obviously have some areas I need ot buckle down in. Thanks for input homey , you're still a :ghey: :D !!! :weights:
