    How I have been making my chicken (Simple)

    Thawed Boneless skinless Chicken Breast

    Cut up into thin slices, place in bowl. Pour about a half cup of franks red hot sauce over top. Sprinkle some garlic powder and black pepper over it. mix well and let sit for like 5 minutes.

    pour chicken with the sauce mix into pan on high heat. cook until all the liquid has burned away and it forms just a slight browning.

    taste like healthy buffalo wings.
