                  probably 2 weeks.
I need to check my BF% I see my abs but I want a better gauge how much is fat and how much is muscle.

I just measured my arms 18" they didnt shrink that much but they look smaller? Instaed of round and full muscles I just look flat and no as big. can droping BB weigth training hurt that fast?

Its most important you have the energy to train now bro so don't be to short on carbs, you can still cut them down or out at the end of the day, Bouncers idea of steak is good, all that iron and creatine in there.

The flat muscles could just be you are too low on carbs. You also may look smaller just because you are leaner.

How are you cooking it? When I cook mine on the grill it's not tough. The purpose to flank is that it's a relatively inexpensive cut of meat that tastes good and is lower in fat for red meat.

Grill also. I find it has to much fat strings in it and hard to chew. I pound food i dont eat for flavor so its a waste of time to chew to much, lol.

I cant spell but what about filet mingon? I like that stuff its tender
