if its as bad as you say it is after all this dieting you might have to face facts bro, its loose skin thats not gonna go away without getting some type of surgery. might wanna look into that.

I will post a picture soon enough. Its not terrible, but its saggy and literally all my stomach fat is in that one location. I think if I get rid of all the fat, it might go away. I want to try that first.

I would also be interested in you weight training besides just the cardio. Are you sure you can't eat something between 10:30 and 2?
I am assuming it is enough calories...it should be about 2300-2400. I snack on almounds as well. I will add some carbs to the 7:30 meal, it is PWO. Its hard for me to eat between my meal times as I work in front of people, but I could snack on almonds then, good idea?

As of right now...I used one of those hand bf things to measure and I lost 1% of bf...however weight remains the same. I am assuming something is fucked up in the machine.

I actually found a NPC pro near me I am going to get diet and some extra advice. Until then I remain carb low.

you dont need "pros" and all that crap. you need to experiment and learn your body.

its all an experiment bro. there is not some magic diet.

if you look the same after a month change some thing ups. cut some carbs but ad some fats. your body may respond slightly different to something as little as that.

some people respond well to carbs and protein, and others fats and protein.

constant experimentation to find exactly what works for you. bodybuilding is not something you just walk into find what works and its over... no, its a lifestyle of constant chasing a goal and reaching.

I don't like this meal for a cutting diet:

5:30 pm - 5 oz of turkey with 1 slice of 12 grain bread and 2 tbsp almond butter

12 grain bread, thats nice for fiber and for the Oprah show, but for cutting, you need to watch carbs and as mentioned above, I'd stay away from eating carbs and fat toether. Eat the turkey and the almond butter and drop the bread.
