This diet was designed by an IFBB pro. I am 12 weeks as Im writing this, but my diet is the same as it was 4 weeks ago when I started this. Current stats are 6' 230lbs 5% bf. I was about 215lbs 4% when I started this diet 4 weeks ago.

Notice there aren't any veges? The veges are optional. Usually I don't have room, but I haven't been very constipated so Im thinking Im good. They will get added in as we get closer. What am I forgetting?

Veggies are easy. Get frozen if you don't have the time for fresh, simple and cheap. More water is needed asap imo.

honestly brother - your IFBB pro may have a system that works for you - but if you are spending money - I recommend a nutritionalist who works with competitors - this diet is not bad but some of the key elements that are missing (i mean water? seriously bro thats the corner stone) makes me wonder if you aren't spending your money wisely enough. Just food for thought, no pun intended, best of luck.

So the guy gets 5-6 hours sleep? You can't recover or grow without sleep.

yeah... like I was saying something is really amiss with this advice - I just don't recommend continuing to pay for this - ask around a board, stay strict - save your money for what you need. You can easily get advice from people who have competed at high levels on these boards and then that advice is critiqued by others - here you pay someone and it's all in there hands.

What's the purpose of the regular jelly and apple? Even the toast? For me the carbs would be too high for a contest diet.

              What are your stats?

Stats were in the post. Competed at 212 lbs., but weight is irrelevant.

                Missed qualifying by a hair.

Liftsiron: It was about 7 hours per night

Art of War: Diet changed as show got closer.

The diet morphed as the show aproached. Overall I was satisfied with my size and conditioning.
