    4 egg whites
    4 whole eggs (or 4 more egg whites depending on goals)
    1 C dry oats
    1/4C lowfat cottage cheese (optional)

    Blend it all up. Heat up skillet with dot of olive oil. Pour into pan, cook and flip. Sprinkle splenda, cinnamon, perhaps some sugar free jam; lately that has been smuckers low sugar apricot ;)

    I eat this twice, once in the AM and once in the PM.:thumup:
