you like cucumbers dont you. :lmao:

i would say cut out the PB in meal meal 2. also more protein in meal 2. thats only 21-23 grams of protein in that meal.

Haha, last summer I went all the way down to 6% BF, but also lost quite a muscle and the Cucmbers held me pretty weel between meal to meal, and knocking my head against the wall for few times :)

      so pretty much ok?

like i said above, cut out the peanut butter, no need for it in that meal. add in more egg whites.

              ok

and btw, do you have any suggestions for increasing calories and carbs and starting a lean mass after I reach my goal ?

how do I do it without getting rebound of fat and water?

That is tough to accomplish. Your best bet is to slwoly add comlex carbs (oatmela, brown rice, yams) to your diet. don't throw 200 grams of carbs in at once. Rather add in a bit week by week

                  slowly.

add slightly larger carb portions each meal etc..

                    Hey bounce.

Sounds right but, as we all know, in order to stay cut I gotta low down my carbs at night even when im trying to gain lean mass..

The question is, if in ur opinion I should add some more carbs during the day and stay LOW like I am right now after workout?

or adding carbs slightly to each meal including after workout and night meal?

Another way someone recommended me was adding carbs slightly only to the After workout meal.

                    Tell me what u think..

                    Have a great weekend:)

you have to experiment. you could first try adding carbs to just your first 3-4 meals and see how that works for a month. if you are gaining how you want keep doing that, if not you can add more.

I tried all the super low carb ideas. what worked best for ME so far is more carbs. I eat 1 1/4 cups brown rice pasta in every meal execpt my first where I have oats. I am keeping more size and still leaning out.

I dont know what kind or carbs rye bread is but I would look into brown rice and brown rice pasta.

I was just messing around with my buddy. We did some grappling exercises to hitting the heavy bag. I wasn't keeping track of time but if I lasted 10 minutes it was long. I can run a 630 mile weighing 195. but that kicked my ass
