    speed running never helped me - it was always how long i could go at a solid jog pace - the endurance is what carries over to fighting.

        Btw guys any supplements recommendation while cutting?

        Right now using Optimum multi vit, Optimum HMB

        waiting for the next 3 weeks will be over to start Clen again.
