      hold on hold on. You mean to tell me, I am supposed to enter the gym keto and lift with no energy? I've done that before for 2 weeks straight. I wanted to shoot myself for barely lifting a 5lb DB

        I'm about to walking to a movie theathre but here is the deal...have about 50grams of carbs with your first three meals of the day plus your pwo shake then swap the carbs for some clean fats for your last two meals and call it a day. Do this for about 3 weeks see what happens and we'll adjust from there.
