100% Whey, Instantized 10 lbs Double Rich Chocolate - Protein
from ON. I love the stuff and I use it in my breakfast shake and PWO
However, I was reading and about blended proteins and was wondering what you guys thought about something like this
Pro Complex 4.6 lb (2090 g) Rich Milk Chocolate - Protein
It's a bit more expensive but I would be willing to try pay if it makes a difference. What are your thoughts and when would be the optimal time to use it?
