  • Great alternative to regular tuna.

After a while I cant stand the thought of another can of tuna this helps me choke down. I use a griddle or pan and heat up a couple of teaspoons of olive oil. Throw in some minced garlic, Cajon seasoning, and a little vinager. Put in the tuna and brown it. Kepp it stirred up. Its not too bad.

I get the tuna packed in olive oil. It is so much better than Tuna packed in water.

I just eat the tuna by itself. I got so used to it, I eat it with water. So i just stuff my mouth with tuna and chug it with either water or any other drink. Fast and good too, saves time and mess.:drunk:

I'm used to eating the tuna straight out of the can (or the pouch- now THAT'S a great freakin' invention!) too, but I agree that after a while I have to force myself to do it. I'm gonna have to try your recipe, speedracer!

On a side note, is anyone else concerned about the mercury levels in tuna they've been publicizing?

Ever try tuna pouches by Starkist? I think that's what they're called they have a picture of a little tuna fish waiving on them. Anyways, there's three different flavors and THEY'RE ALL GOOD.

                      hey...

I have tried the mustard route...
I like tuna plain, with mayo, BBQ sauce, A1 sauce, A1 spicy bold with ranch dressing....latly though it goes to the spicy brown mustard and any form of hot sauce....tastes amazing!!!

just my different ways of eating it to make it go down easier...

                      Later
