I caught some salmon fillets and cod on sale today and bought a shit load of it stuck it in the freezer. anybody got any good recipes for salmon? i usually grill it and pour a little maple syrup over it first then sprinkle a liitle black pepper on it pretty good or get allegro hickory smoke marinade and soak it for about 15 min then grill it or broil it, killer

i think the grill is the best place for any fish really, nothing beats grill flavor.
