    When i eat my oats i just can't stomach it plain I usually add less than a tea spoon maybe half a tea spoon. this isn't a big deal is it? I know I get natural sugars from fruits and what not. also I drink grape juice after I lift but this is only once a day 8 oz.

    do what i do, add raisins to your oatmeal, makes it fucken awsome.

        I put a little bit of honey in mine too. Better taste than sugar and just a tad healthier.

          just toss raw oats in your shake , blend that shit up and chug. Meal done.

            This or I have been putting some banana or cinnamon and a little sprinkle of brown sugar on my oats
