  • Night time snack

I go to sleep around 11 and usually up by 7, thats 8 hours my body goes with nothing. Well not exactly 8 hours because I normally eat something high in protien and some complex carbs right before going to bed. So lets say 6 hours. I usually sleep right through without waking up. I am thinking it might benifit me to set my alarm for say 3:30 wake up and have something in the fridge to snack on then go back to sleep. As soon as I start this sust cycle I'm trying to put on size so I figure a high protien/highcomplex carb snack will help. anybody else do this?

Jay Cutler does it but for anyone with a day job I wouldn't advise it, it'll just mess your sleep pattern up and stuff your recovery

disrupting deep sleep pulls you out of valuable natural GH release time aswell as other valuable hormones. your body needs that time to rebuild, and have a break of its own.

      its not a good idea.

Dago the only reason you would do this is if you're walking up overnight to pee.

My friend has 2 casein shakes lined up by his bed. He wakes up twice every night to pee. Right before he sleeps, he drinks a shake. Swears his recovery is through the roof.

my boy doses his dnp at like 2 am when he eats , falls asleep before it kicks in - says it helps . But when you're fuckin with dnp, you better be eating perfectly and have a damn good reason to be up.
