Generally speaking (esp. when taking supplements) - it's best to drink a LOT of water... Personally speaking, I have a difficult time drinking the required amount of water. Do you have any tips?
Force it until it becomes second nature. I used to struggle to get in a gallon. But now if I don't I feel sluggish. Carry a 20 ounce bottle around and fill it up through the day.

Thanks for the suggestion! Is it true that room temp. water is easier to drink than cold water? I would think it would be the other way around...
I have to force it down myself.... Make it part of your meal plan just like anything else. Before meals drink 8 ozs.... Another thing I do is make my shakes with double the recommend water
Set a schedule just like your meals, My times are messed up but at my old job I would finish 1 qt by 10:00 am, another by 1:00 pm, etc.... If youre not done at the time you pound it. I prefer room temp water, goes down way easier.
