im going to do this again, 10lbs in a month! i read about this in muscle fitness once, they listed out a diet plan breaking down about six meals in a day that totaled 3700-4000 calaries clean. i edited my plan for myself beacause i cant eat a lot in one sitting and it went a little like this:
MEAL ONE 6am-10g of BCAA, 1 cup of oatmeal protien shake with olive oil 2tablespoons
Meal two- eggs one yoke 5 whites big glass of water s lices of bread
Meal three- Chicken breast, 2 slices of bread with protien shake, 2 scoops of protien and olive oil.
Meal Four- one serving of pasta, slice of bread 10g of BCAA's
Meal Five- Chicken breast 2 slices of bread, protien shake 2 scoops and olive oil
Meal Six- one cup of oatmeal w/banana big glass of milk.
Meal Seven- PB&J with casien protien shake with olive oil.
i know this looks like a fat mans diet with all the carbs and oil but this plan i think is great for an ectomorph because the matabolism is through the roof.
i went from 165 to 175 and still had nice cuts. And this plan i guess ill just say is a base because even in between those meals i would grab a slice of bread and drink lots of water to flush my kindeys good. But for me this was the hardest part about bodybuilding because i didnt do anything but eat cook clean eat cook clean...... no life. but its well worth it.
Body fat before was 165lbs with 4.2 to 175 at 5.6
I had blood work done after this and liver enzymes were high. ouch!!
Now i kept that weight up even after i slowed down on all the eating and stuff, it stayed with me for about 2-3 months, but the matabolism won and im back down to 165, but i had hernia surgey and stuff so i was out the game for a min.
I would record only protien, carbs and cals and i would shoot for about 3700 to 4500 cals, 400 carbs and 250 to 300 protien.
This time around im shootn for same cals but doing 300 to 350 protien and 300 carbs and im going to eat a lot more steak too.
