I used to eat 2 to 3 whole eggs a day with egg whites and my bad cholestrol was 211 and BP was always 140/70. I'm 27 and cut out all yolks and would eat 2-4 tablespoons of olive oil a day and would run on the tred for 10min or a mile, which ever came first, and bad chol went down to 196 and BP 120/60 pules slowed as well. So yolks to many, as I was eating, will drive your numbers in the wrond direction. So if your gonna eat that many yolks include olive oil in your diet and hit the tredmill.
