Wrestling and Weightlifting is popular in Iran. My Iranian friends here often go for the shredded look. Not very often are they over 200lbs. Now you said you have an injury. That's fine, i am not here to make fun of that. There are ways to work around your injury. You need to play around with different motions and see what aggravates your injury or not. If that means the only thing you can do is leg extensions, than by God you do that shit for 2 hours straight. Start looking online for videos that specify leg workouts for people that have injuries.
Don't be so hard headed. You post up your questions, we come and answer them to our best abilities. We try to help you, don't think we're just some scumbags that are here to bash you, NOT true.
So do me a favor and start incorporating leg workouts. Post up questions if you have to. We do the best we can.
