  • Good Nutrition/Pressed for time - Advice needed

Right now, I’m trying find a way that works well for me and my busy (and typically hectic) schedule.

Usually in the mornings, I don’t have much time to do anything besides get my family and I ready to head out the door… let alone, cook. I know it’s all about time management and dedication but do you have any advice about eating nutritionally while being pressed for time?

You have to plan your meals bro. no way can you get up in the morning and expect to make all your food for that day. Make a weeks worth of chicken and rice. Have it weighed out in containers ready to go.

As they said, always plan ahead or it just wont work. Also, I love having a shake in the morning with oats in it. I'm bulking so I'm using milk andhalf a banana but most of the time its just water, protein, oats and some natty pb. Takes about a minute

Glass continer is silly not sure why he said glass. Glasss breaks and is heavy if ya gotta tote around a bunch of shit. Tupperware if perfect plus I have ended up just throwing away the tupperware before just cuz. I wouldnt do that with glass I am to cheap.

Any fast food place has something you can eat you just have to be smart grilled chicken wheat bun no sauses or other shit. but if you wanna realy diet your gonna have to start thinking ahead and perpare your meals
