  • Protein Bars...low carb?

I'm big fan of eating low carb, and really believe that this plus high protein results in lean muscle growth. One problem I have is an active schedule that doesn't allow for prepared meals out of tupperware, so a protein bar would be the perfect substitute. I've done some looking around and can't seem to find anything with high protien and low levels of carbs, but no sugar alcohols (kills my stomach).
Has anyone heard of a good low carb protein bar that isn't full of sugar or sugar alcohols?

better off eating real food, but since you can't grab a shake that has Casein protein and drink it down. It tastes a lot better than a bar and its healthier

I would also say shakes are the way to go...you definitely know there's no junk going into your shake. The only bar i've come across that doesn't have fillers are quest bars. I haven't had them before but their profile looks good.

If you can carry a bar around you can carry your food around.

That bar does not look bad at all. It seems to have all natural, healthy ingredients.

Protein Blend (Whey Protein Isolate, Milk Protein Isolate), Chicory Root Fiber, Almond Butter, Dry Roasted Almonds, Raw Almonds, Water, Natural Flavors, Sea Salt, Lo Han Guo, Sucralose

I also eat this bar and it's worked for me really well. Very nice ingredient list and they taste decent as well.

protein bar for gaining weight but exercise is must with you eating extra protein to make muscles.

Lol! That's like someone on a motoring forum asking where sells best quality diesel and you sayin fuck diesel get gasolene. Carb managment is perfectly relevent even in a higher carb diet. Your post wasn't much help really. Just keep it relevent please otherwise people get dissenchanted and don't bother starting threads.
