          nah, its complete but has a weak amino acid profile. i dont want ppl to get confuse reading this thread you will not put on lean muscle tissue using protein from those sources. You must have chicken, eggs, beef, fish, caesin, whey protien shakes (last resort) etc. that other shit doesnt count in sorry scrum. plan and simple you will not grow on veggies rice and beans alone. they have a purpose (fiber nutriens insulin) but its not for protien.

            About 25% of my daily proteins come from vegetable sources. The rest come from dairy and shakes. It is impossible to hit your macros with a veggie-only diet - for example, I target a 50P/30C/20F ratio. The problem with pretty much any veggie-based protein source is the amount of tag-along carbs - there's no way to get a protein-heavy macro ratio wtih veggie protein sources, regardless of the efficacy question.
