  • Flank Steak Recipe

    Hey guys, today i bought 10lbs of Flank Steak. Just finished cutting some fat off it and cut them into large chunks. What's a good a recipe for this?

    how thick are they? why did you cut it into chucks? only option is stew is or braised? could make a marinade for it....

    got any jack daniels?

    soy
    worchesterer
    garlic
    lemon juice
    ginger
    olive oil

      1/4" thickness, 2" wide, and 3" long.

      I rather make a marinade for it, keep it in little bags and just cook it everyday.

        Looked online, and I found this one:

        1/4 cup soy sauce
        3 tablespoons honey
        1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
        1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

        for 2lbs of steak.

          ok, so i cooked it as described above. I broke everything down in grams so i just measure it on my scale and go.

          The taste is great. I love it. I only eat flank steak post workout; 7oz

            The 2lbs lasted 3 days. Just finished cooking 7lbs. Taste is on point, and its very tender. I had lamb kabob on Friday, and my flank steak had more flavor and was more tender than the lamb.
