Speaking of cheat meals, i haven't had one in 2 weeks, and i am sane. Ended up losing 4lbs in two days because of Christmas, i ate normally, but it was 2 days of low carb. Weighed in Sunday morning when i was finally home and i was 214lbs. Now i am back up to 218lbs.

I had a huge plate of nachos over the weekend while I was watching football. The wife made them for me. Tons of cheese, spicy sausage, chilies, sour cream, & homemade salsa. And a large piece of peanut butter ice cream cake for dessert. I felt like a pile of crap afterwards but man did it taste good.
