Been making this the last few mornings.

1 Tbsp whole bean coffee

2 scoops choc whey

Half Cup Oats

5 Ice Cubes

8oz water

Blend for 30-40 seconds

The coffee beans get all ground up in th blender and they have this cool crunch in the shake, also ads a good flavor.

Give it a try.
