    I'm sure a lot of you are like me and are in an office for the majority of the day.

    What is your nutrition schedule like?
    What snacks do you have during the workday?
    What meals do you have before heading to the gym after leaving work?

    I was just wondering how you get everything you need. (Could be for bulking, cutting, etc...)

    ^ I have a small frig and microwave in my office. I bring all my meals in every day and eat as I work. I have even brought meals into meetings depending on how long they are scheduled for and who will be attending.

    I usually eat at the same time every day. If I'm cutting I just eat less - bulking more.

      If it is a department meeting without our VP attending... I bring food. If he attends I don't. Sorry I don't have to make up stories like some people on here to feel important.
