  • Bouncers easy chicken, rice, and tomato dish.

    Been doing this for a few months now. Easy and good.

    Thaw out a chicken breast and cut it into thin strips, place on non-stick pan and cook.

    When the chicken is about done throw in 1 1/2 cup Jasmin rice and half a can of stewed tomatoes. (you can buy stewed tomatoes in the can, its just tomatoes, spices, and herbs. i get them at costco. 12 cans for like 7$)

    let it cook in the pan for another few minutes and mix it around.

    place in bowl and sprinkle on some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

    taste pretty damn good. lots of flavor.

    sounds good... does it take a long time for the rice to cook?

      Lol, it's cooked rice that you put into the pan. You are just warming it up and letting the juice mix in with the rice.

            Been cooking my fish and chicken this way for a couple of years. A good white fish is awesome this way cuz it soaks up the flavor of the tomatoes like a sponge.
