Ok I always drink a shake first thing when I get up 50Grams protien-2/3 cup oats-flax oil-bananna-and table spoon natty PB. thats usally around 10am problem is now my only time to realy workout is 12. I havent been taking shake with waxy maize after cuz I feel its to many shakes so I just eat.
Am I being weird and its no big deal?
