  • back to back shakes?

    Ok I always drink a shake first thing when I get up 50Grams protien-2/3 cup oats-flax oil-bananna-and table spoon natty PB. thats usally around 10am problem is now my only time to realy workout is 12. I havent been taking shake with waxy maize after cuz I feel its to many shakes so I just eat.
    Am I being weird and its no big deal?

          For some reason I couldnt do it today,lol I guess i am just weird about stuff. I know I need to do it just have to tell myself its ok ill get real food the next 4-5 meals.

            No, I dont like it. Def. not a good way to start things off. I used to do it b/c I was lazy.

            7 whole eggs, 1 banana, 1/4 cup mixed nuts w/ raisins
            1/2c oats
            or
            3 whole eggs + 50g (whey, egg, milk, casien blend) in water or skim milk
            bagel or ezikel bread, greek yogurt
            or
            3 whole eggs + steak (steak and eggs bro!)
            brown rice, apple
            or
            chicken + 25g (whey blend), 1c. cottage cheese
            quinoa or brown rice
            or
            fish + 50g whey in water
            over quinoa or some carb source
            or
            3 eggs + 6 whites
            2c shredded wheat cereal in skim milk
            greek yogurt (6oz serving size)
            or
            50g whey in water, 6 eggs whites
            natty pb or almond butter on Eziekel bread - 2 slices

              Ya got nothing to do with lazy. I am just set with my shake in the morning first off. I used to try and eat eggs/oatmeal first thing just cant do it.
              I think I will just eat regular food after workout its not like I am getting on stage where every lil thing matters.

                Can't do it? LOL, I thought you were dedicated bro. Just make you like 4 cups or so of oatmeal the night before, then eat it over the next day or two. That's what I do. I feel you on the prep work though. It's a ton of work! BTW, is that you in your avatar?

                  ya thats me. I am dedicated but I am also a old stuburn bastard and set in my ways. I woke up at 8 today to have my shake then 10;30 i ate my regular brown rice pasta and chicken breast. worked out then had shake with waxy maize I feel much better doing it this way just sucks getting up at 8,lol
