If you want to cut. I would not mix my fats and carbs. Carbs are for energy during the day when you need them. No carbs for the last two meals before bed and I think you need chicken breast, green veg and EEVO about an hour before bed. Leave out the casein protein if you are cutting. I also would dump any kind of bread if you are cutting it stays in the stomach too long. You need to be starving every two hours bread takes several hours to be digested. You need to feed your body like a fuel burning furnace and feed it fuel that it consumes quickly to make it a fat burning machine. NO milk products they are all slow digesting. also a sweet potato and broccoli are not equivalent you should eat both. You need to calculate your BMR and add 500 to 1000 cals to it then figure out how much protein you need and fill in the rest with the carbs and fats at the right times. Timing is everything is a good bodybuilding cutting diet. You need to do am fasted cardio and cardio after you lift in the evening or afternoon. Then your post workout shake of whey and some simple carbs.

        P.S. Dump the pasta too.
