  • cutting diet for a chic

Looking for input on a diet for a female. I got her going with this diet and she dropped 15lbs. She seems to think she has hit a plateau though. I think its lacking but I really don't have experience with female diets. Any input would be appreciated especially from the chics!

    Meal 1
Shake 1 1/2 scoops nectar protein
    26g almonds

    Meal 2
4.5oz of chicken or 5oz. tilapia or 4.5oz turkey.
    26g almonds

    Meal 3
Shake 1 1/2 scoops nectar protein
1tbs 1/2 of natural =24 of natural peanut butter

    Meal 4
5oz of salmon or lean steak or lean ground beef.
1cup romaine lettuce or 1 cup of broccoli
    1tbs macadamia nut oil

    Meal 5
    4.5 oz chicken/romaine lettuce/oil n vinegar dressing
    1tb Macadamia nut oil

I've got to do some reading up when I get home but I think a plateau will be inevitable with this sort of diet due to plummeting leptin levels without a high carb refeed once a week or so.

I think people are very conservative with their refeeds. There's a fair bit of evidence that a whole-day high carb refeed is beneficial to overall fat loss.

Good diet. How long did it take for her to lose the weight?

              Hi jack,
I am also looking for some diet plan for my spouse.
I like this diet plan. Could you please tell me how much time did she take to lose 15 lbs?

It was about a month. I added a meal 6 to it on training days. 1 x cheat meal a week (burger and fries, pizza, etc) to keep the metabolism going. this chic does figure so its working nicely for her. The diet goes well with a high intensity training (set of 10-12 reps increase weight each timne) doesnt have too.
