  • Complex carbs

    Ok I am sick of brown rice as a matter of fact I have not eatting any in 2 years or so. I have been on brown rice noodles. I am getting sick of thoes also.
    what else are you guys eatting for your complex carbs? what taste good that I can eat everyday for a year or so?

      Yams. :D
      I bake a few small to medium size everyday they give me around 175 grams of carbs a day.

          Oats, pasta, potatoes, wheat, barley


          snacks or food that I eat ...
          Good Food Made Simple Oatmeal (microwavable) - 10g sugar dried fruit
          Kashi Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Cookies - 6g sugar 4g dietary fiber
          Shredded Wheat Cereal
          Barrilla plus pasta
          Riceworks Brown Rice Chips

            I don't even eat much complex carbs. Most of my Carbs come from jasmine rice. Complex Carbs doesn't serve much of a purpose for muscle building. It's more of "keep you full" type deal.

                If your eating consistent every 2 1/2 - 3 hours complex Carbs aren't really needed. That's not to say you should eat sugar instead though!

                  Have not tried yams yet dont they taste like sweet potatos? I can only eat thoes 2 meals maybe 3 max they are to squishey,lol.

                  I have been doing the A1 sause on the chicken and that helps cover the bland taste of the noodles but that is only gonna go so far. I need some new tricks. I was to long on a shitty diet that going back to clean food is hard

                    yes every 3 hours I eat 4oz (1 cup cooked) brown rice pasta and 5 oz chicken breast. some spinich not sure how much but not alot,lol
                    I eat this all day everyday.

                    give me so examples of your diet please. I am switching back to bodybuiled workouts so I will need to eat that way now also.
