It is a complete package of a workout scheme and a carb cycling diet. It is very effective at getting you from around 12-13% BF to single digits. It is not an easy program to follow but as I said, very effective if you stick with it.
Basically the idea is to do 3.5 days of low carbs, a carb load day and 2.5 days of eating more or less normally. The logic is as follows: For 3 days, you eat low carbs (<50g) and do a depletion workout (high reps, low rest) to deplete glycogen from your muscles and liver and force your body into fat burning mode. Then, you do your carb refeed which due to way the metabolism works, replenishes glycogen stores preferentially instead of conversion to fat. The body wises up soon, but before it does, you are back on the low carb cycle.
I have done 2 cycles of UD2.0 with very good results. Go to Lyle McDonald - Bodyrecomposition. It is Lyle McDonald's site and there is a lot of good information on this and other methods.

I have no idea whether you can get it for free. I don't want to go all moral on you but Lyle is a regular working stiff, not a multimillion dollar corporation, so let your conscience be your guide on whether d/l'ing it for free from some torrent site (if such a thing exists) is cool or not.
