I'm one of those people when i first wake up I am not hungry but I know I have to eat. My kid is hungry as soon as her eyes open in the morning. Usually I have 2 scoops whey in fat free milk, a banana, 1 gram fish oil and maybe some type of complex carb. After about an hour my appetite usually starts to come around. Idk what to do about this I feel like i should be having a bigger better first meal of the day but I can't force myself to eat I just gag on the shit. I'm always hungry at night and through out the day sometimes i almost always feel hungry even when I eat like a champ. Any suggestions?

All this stuff about how important breakfast is - all nonsense. If you don't feel like eating in the morning, don't. The only thing that matters is hitting your macros over the day. If you can eat a big breakfast, that's fine too.
In fact, there is a lot of information on how intermittent fasting (eat your entire daily food intake in about 8 - 10 hours and fast for the rest of the 24 hours) is very good for body recomposition.

OK... here you go.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Posti never heard of that. got anything i can read?
Intermittent fasting is a feeding protocol that has some well known proponents and in association with a workout plan, has been demonstrated to lead to significant fast loss, and more importantly, since it is not a cyclic short-term approach like carb depletion, is something that can be practiced by the vast majority of non-competing people to keep their BF low throughout the year.
One of the best-known proponents of this method is Martin Berkhan. His take on IF involves about 16 hours of fasting, say from 8pm to noon, and an 8 hour window where you consume all your daily caloric intake.
His website is Intermittent fasting diet for fat loss, muscle gain and health
A brief description of Martin's take on IF is here:
The Leangains Guide | Intermittent fasting diet for fat loss, muscle gain and health
Here is an interview with Martin where he elaborates on his method:
Martin Berkhan And Intermittent Fasting: Interview | Leigh Peele
There are many other takes on IF, like the Warrior Diet, etc. I don't have personal experience with any of them, but Martin's Berkhan's physique and other testimonials from his clients that are on his website are pretty powerful. Moreover, his science seems to be rational and he is recognized well by his peers like Lyle McDonald and Alan Aragon, which is high praise indeed.
I am thinking of giving it a go and see if I ratchet up my body recomposition efforts a notch or three.

just like rado. in general people who are starving in the morning have high estro levels. maybe that is why you have a hard time burning fat. :)Originally posted by dna9488 View PostI am the opposite, i am starving in the morning. It feels like tiny razors in my stomach tearing me to pieces, i must eat.
