Was at the grocery today picking up some grape juice and what not. Grabbed some Welches Concord Black cherry/grape juice mix. 4 oz has 37 grams carbs and says on the front no sugar added. regular grape juice is 40 grams per 8oz. Pretty much a double up on the carbs and tastes a lil different. just grabbed it for the hell of it only use this stuff for pwo to spike insulin levels. Anybody ever try this stuff?
