At 6'5", 38yo and say 215lbs, your BMR is 2150 Kcal. Even with an activity factor of 1.5, your maintenance calorie intake is about 3200. You are overshooting by 1500 Kcal? I saw in your other thread that you dropped BF from 20ish to under 10 and also that you were natty - you'll be back at 20 if you take in these many calories.

And 600+g of protein? Not necessary IMO..

      No, it doesnt look right.

how many chicken breasts are you eating per day?

600 grams of protein is way way to high. your body wont use half of it and it is putting a serious strain on your kidneys etc..

Im floating between 235 and 240lbs.

But I agree with you and Bouncer. I was questioning whether Ive got some of my numbers wrong because it seemed high.

I was trying to eat 4k plus a while ago, but not since ive been cutting.

Bouncer, thats 2 chicken breasts. Raw weight they weigh 400g each.

Yea 2 chicken breast isn't 197 grams of protein like your chart says. Each breast has 40-50 grams of protein.
