I cant stand diet soft drinks anyway. I drink regular coca cola but use it like a treat.

        Two pathways:

        1. People who consume large quantities of diet sodas also tend to overeat other fatty fast foods, and

        2. People think that just because they saved a bunch of calories on their drink, they cam make up by supersizing their fries.

When I buy arizona diet green tea (splenda sweetened), when I drink it I tend to want more sweet things after. It is not too difficult to say no. But most of us here I am sure have willpower that would be considered abnormal to most.

Exactly... I personally don't crave something else sweet after having a diet coke. Even if I did it would just be a craving. We all get cravings from time to time. The fatties just have no self control and give into them.

There is only reason behind it and the reason is that they are not consistent in the use of the diet soda. if they become consistent then they easily get the good results in respect of the weight loss.
