  • Bouncers spicy steak, onion, and rice dish

Cut up a small vidalia onion into small pieces and toss into non stick pan. (No oil).

Cut up 8oz flank steak into thin slices and toss into pan with onions that are already cooking.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and let the steak and onion combo brown.

Serve over some Jasmin rice and top with Sriracha sauce. Not just regular hot sauce, you guys gotta try Srirachi sauce, best shit in the world. You can get it in most stores now. Huy Fong - Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 17 Oz.: Amazon.com: Grocery & Gourmet Food

Love this dish, one of my best.

Isn't there enough fat in the steak to grease the pan? I suspect you don't need added oil like Bouncer indicates.

just a little so you don't mess up your fan. We use nonstick pans and i still use a little oil to make sure it doesn't burn.

Don't need oil if you use a nonstick pan. Just keep stirring so nothing sticks to the pan until the oil from the food greases itself.

yea that's true. I still get a little paranoid about that stuff.

Keep the heat low to start off and it won't stick. Also add a little water on the pan and it will lubricate the food enough to prevent sticking until the fats in the food have a chance to ooze out.

I cook so much I think it's funny that people seem to think cooking is some difficult task. Lol.

That's because women spend too much time out of the house and not enough in the kitchen. See below for proof

How friggin' bad does one need to be to not be able to get a ball over the plate without it bouncing? Don't have to throw a strike, but wtf was that? :noo:
