    Diet went to shit this weekend... had to go to Charlotte NC this weekend for a wedding.. 3 days of eating out with family..... gonna have to get back on the stick now...:whistle

    Those types of weekends aren't all bad. You get the metabolism cranking and you realize just how shitty eating bad makes you feel. Get back on it!

        I weigh in every thursday am...still lost a pound, so it didnt crush the plan.... down to 206.... and a 36.75 in waist. I figure... when i get to about 195 lbs. I should be around 12 to 14% BF, Got till end of Sept to try and reach it. trying to get leaned out good...then start the process of a slow clean bulk....gonna see if I can get this shit right.
