              normally about 200 to 220 a day which is right about my body weight. just getting this figured out, untill a few weeks ago i was only getting about 175 or so...

                350 training days (extra shake) 7 meals
                300 non training days 6 meals

                    Really depends whether im bulking maintaining or precomp as overall calories i tend to look at any where from 200-400g/day. 5-7 meals. with fluctuating carbs n fats.

                      a absolute minimum of 200grams pr day, i prefer 250-300 grams..

                        To maintain you only need 1 gram per pound of lean body mass....not total weight.

                        So eating 500g per day isn't needed, not even for growth.

                          500grams per day will strain your system and thus harm you in the long run.

                          that said, who the hell said they were eating 500g deca? lol
