  • Grilled spicy lime chicken

    i like this recipe alot cos its pretty lean an it tastes good so i thought id share it with you guys anyway
    u will need

    -lean chicken breast (u can use diced beef if ur not a fan of chicken)
    -1 small lime
    -black cracked pepper
    -cayanne pepper (if u want more spice)
    -fresh garlic
    -corriander
    -wholegrain mustard

    the quantity of each ingredient is up to u u can also add drizzle of hot sauce n a tablespoon of olive oil if u want more heat n taste

    this works best if u have a grill press like a George foreman grill etc.
    dice up the chicken take off all the fat and put it in a container, throw in all the ingredients and squeeze the lime over the top then throw in the lime pieces toss it all around let it marinade for a while then grill it

    if u dont have a grill press u can jus lightly pan fry it or put it in the oven) serve it with brown rice and some veggies, well there u go enjoy:)

    Fantastic , That looks great recipe and I do like lime...But it is always good get grilled instead of frying or oven cook.Thanks.

      no worries and yea i always grill it rather than fry it never turns out dry for me so no need to add the excess oil:)

          no prob glad to contribute something seeing as everyone has been so helpful i got few more healthy recipe ideas that taste pretty good if u guys want me to post some more up?
