    I have been training heavy to gain size over the last several months. I decided to take a break and concentrate on average workouts and high cardio for a bit. I just started on the Paleo Diet about 6 days ago. I have lost some weight and I am feeling really weak lately. I damn near feel dead at times. I am eating up to 3 huge meals a day and at least 4 to 6 pieces of fruit and loads of raw vegetables with my meals. I am taking in over 250 grams of protein. Anyone know a faster diet to lose weight and cut? If I don't start carbing soon I am going to kill someone.

    how about a bodybuilders diet instead of some "3 huge meal a day" and "average workouts". lol. what kind of a plan is that?
