Coming into summer down here in Aus...
First season ive trained and originally went from 115 - 80kg From last Sept - Jan
From Jan - now i went from 80 to 88kg with some nice muscle gains and obviously some fat gained too.
Ive read about 5 million diets and ive taken advice from all over the place but id like to get a forum "go'ers" view...
Basically so far ive cut the carbs out of my diet and upped the protein..
SUPPLEMENTS TAKING: Humapro, Dexaprine, Lean Xtreme, Chaind out, Chaind reaction, ZMA, Comatose, Mesomorph.
So my point is to drop as much body fat as possible whilst keeping muscle.
Any thoughts??? In a week my delts, arms chest and midsection as well as quads appear more defined...
