    What macro would you guys recommend for a 23 year old male, currently about 10% bodyfat, fast metbolism, but not fast in they can eat anything. Willing to get puffy but will not push that too far I beleive. They are looking to get to 150lb solid. Macro breakdown?

    50% protein, 30% carb, 20% fat. Target 500 kcal over maintenance, adjust as he goes. 135 to 150 clean bulk is going to take time without adding fat if natty.
