when you pour it in it is soft like a pancake mix but as it cooks it firms up just like real pancake.

                  South Beach Pancakes

                  half a cup oats
                  quarter cup cottage cheese
                  2 eggs
                  vanilla
                  nutmeg
                  cinnamon

blend it up and cook like a normal pancake, tastes way better than a normal pancake. I usually drink a shake with it or fry a couple extra eggs

This is what I've been making more or less the last few years everyday (other than cheat days)

6-12 egg whites (depending on goals)
0-2 whole eggs (depending on goals)
                              1C dry oats

blend it up, put on pan.

Splenda/cinnamon to taste after its cooked. Definitely not tasty. When in the offseason the whole egg yolk helps the consistency but any of the above are great breakfast to start the day.
